APPLICATION SPECIALIST
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Application Training for designated Laboratory staff.
- Provide full support for Validation of new Analyzers.
- Coordinating with the Sales Team to Plan and complete Training.
- Attend troubleshooting related issue with the customer.
- Coordinate with Biomedical Team to provide technical and application solutions to customers.
- Act as a key contributor of customer feedback for marketing and product development teams.
- Proactively share experience, knowledge and skills to peers and help to build an organization with strong professionalism.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Degree in Biotechnology or related life sciences discipline’
- Lab Technicians who are currently based out of UAE can Apply
- Candidates must have good communication Skills
- Candidates 1 to 2 Years or more experience is eligible
- UAE Driving License is a must.

Business Development Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Close co-operation and communication with the Healthcare Customers in the UAE to develop the markets.
- Regular sales updates and opportunity review with Management, as well as Weekly Reports of customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain a strong sales opportunity funnel and pipeline.
- Actively manage sales cycle and deliver annual revenue targets in product and service sales
- Maintain and continue development of relationships with existing Healthcare Accounts.
- Identify client's future needs and make new product recommendations.
- Coordinate with Application Specialists to provide technical and application solutions to customers.
- Secure and/or renew existing orders by coordinating product availability, delivery dates and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Sales Coordinators to for quotes and Tenders.
- Coordinate with service and support team on fulfilling service requests
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree/ Degree in Biotechnology or related life sciences discipline’
- MBA will be an added advantage
- Experience of more than 5 years in Leading a team.
- Experience in Sales of Laboratory equipment, Diagnostic reagents, consumables in the UAE
- Experience selling to Private Hospitals, Referral Laboratories, Government Healthcare sectors
- UAE Driving License

Business Development Manager
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with team members in assigned partner accounts.
- Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet team performance objectives and management expectations
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned Partner accounts.
- Proactively leads a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates partner needs on an ongoing basis.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address end-user needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
- Creates and realizes sales and marketing campaigns in cooperation with the marketing team
- Proactively bring on board qualifying partners .
QUALIFICATIONS
